My family of 5 rented this condo for a vacation in Sept 2016. The location is great: the beach is just a quick trip down the stairs, and the boardwalk is just a few blocks away. The layout of the unit is really nice, too. The kitchen is a little small, but the rest of the condo feels spacious, and worked great for our family with one bed/bath for my husband and I, and one bed/bath for the kids. We also made a lot of use of the balcony and the pool (although I wish it were open later than 6:00 pm...I appreciate that it isn't loud in the evenings, but 6 is a little early!). The downside of this condo is that it was dirty and in serious need of updating. I don't mind--at all--staying in rentals that are not "pristine" or decorated in the most current, immaculate styles, but this place was just gross. The couches are leather, and they had these weird cover things on them, which immediately slid off as soon as you sat down to reveal that all of the leather is flaking off. Not only is it unsightly, but it made it uncomfortable to hang out in the living room because I didn't want to sit on the couches--the leather flakes would get all over your clothes. The place had certainly been wiped down before our arrival, but it was also quickly evident that it is probably not ever deep cleaned. Our first night, I couldn't get one of the lamps in the master bedroom to turn on and crouched down to check the cord running under the bed--big mistake. It was disgusting: giant dust bunnies, an event calendar from 2009...I don't think it had been vacuumed in years. Similar situations were found throughout the unit: filthy window coverings, dusty, dirty carpets behind furniture. The bottom line: I would definitely stay in this building again, but not in this unit.
