Sunroom with Daybed with Trundle (2 Twins), and mini-split. The generous list of amenities includes complimentary wireless internet access, 4 TVs with cable service (plus one for streaming), central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, and a washer and dryer. Pack-N-Play. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival. Exterior amenities include a screened porch, covered decks, a rooftop deck, picnic table, gas grill, outdoor shower, fish cleaning bench, and enclosed yard. Covered parking. No Smoking/Vaping. This home is in the Stay Your Way program for the remainder of 2023 and can be reserved in advance with any arrival and departure date, your “mini vacation” is subject to a three night minimum. Brand new mini-split AC/Heat unit has been installed in the daybed/trundle room too keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
