Disabled veteran didn't feel safe, pal Ed in a conjoining room on both sides. I couldn't believe anyone would put a disabled person with a room that could be entered into from both sides. Staff is loud in the halls. My 2nd night a ton of staff was knocking and entering in one of the conjoining rooms. I got my things and left I couldn't get any rest. Don't recommend this hotel until you are fine with ADA and fair housing being violated.

We were at the property for our one week stay in Orlando and enjoyed every day. The staff were excellent, from the attentive pool staff (Anger was great!) to Diego at the Rum Bar mixing great cocktails to Curt at the Venetian Chophouse providing excellent service for our dinner. We stayed in the Pool View King Suite and it was very nice, comfortable and clean. The food on site was very good with the Venetian Chophouse being the favorite. We had an amazing steak and Italian pasta and the wine selection was very good. This will be our go-to spot for any trips to Orlando in the future. Well done Caribe Royale Orlando Team!

Staff at every level was outstanding. Pool is fun for adults and kids. On site restaurants were top notch. The Venetian restaurant, high end, is an amazing restaurant. Food service at sports bar has late hours. Convenient store, pickleball courts and spa a nice addition. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Only negative is the high fee for parking in the spacious hotel lot. Room rate was very reaonable for a suite. Just rebooked.

The property has the convenience of having the convention center on site. The service and food we received was excellent. The room had a couple things that can improve, the bottle holder for the body wash kept malfunctioning and the pillows seemed to be decorative pillows, too stiff. Other than that everything was really nice.
