A very nice hotel, have stayed at 3 times now. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Front desk staff have never said welcome back or how was your stay, not terribly friendly - don't feel like they care at all!

Hotel room was very run down, toilet bowl would not stop running, tv took a while to work but staff got it going, breakfast items ran out, vacuuming at 8 outside our door on a Sunday morning, loud noises kept us up all night, staff was very friendly and we realize it was a busy weekend and they did the best they could.

I liked the convenience of this hotel it’s close to the highway and what I needed to do in Oromocto. The amenities and quality of the space weren’t really worth the cost of the room.

Breakfast was not available before our departure (for a flight), therefore we asked staff for fruit or granola bars and they could not accommodate. Vending machine was broken. Seemed to have several transient people loitering in the parking area at night. We therefore will not be using this hotel for flights out of Fredericton
