The space

Affectionately known as ‘Wren’s Nest,’ this 4BR/3.5BA beach house is located in the idyllic Seacrest Beach community. Take a refreshing swim in the shared resort-style lagoon pool or walk to Rosemary or Alys Beach to explore shops and restaurants.

Inside, every room is tastefully decorated and bathed in natural light, with hardwood floors, cozy furnishings, and eye-catching light fixtures.

LIVING AREAS

Catch up with your travel companions in the living room, where a sofa, love seat, and four armchairs offer plenty of seating. After dinner, host movie night around the 55” TV.

A second living room provides a queen-size sleeper sofa and an armchair. Craft a beverage at the wet bar with a beverage fridge, and stream favorite shows on the 40” TV with Roku and cable.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up home-cooked favorites in the modern kitchen. The chef in your group will appreciate the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a beverage fridge. Keep the chef company perched at the kitchen island with seating for two, or sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar with seating for four.

Savor family feasts at the eight-person table in the separate dining room.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps 12 in four bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the second living room. Three full baths and a half bath are stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities.

The master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed and a sitting area for two. French doors lead out to a private balcony with two Adirondack chairs. The newly remodeled en-suite master bathroom holds a walk-in shower and luxurious freestanding tub (new pictures coming soon).

The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a flat-screen TV, as well as access to a small balcony. You’ll find another queen bed and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player in the third bedroom. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower combination.

The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin over twin bunk beds (sleeps 4 total) and has an en-suite half bath.

A third full bathroom on the first floor is also newly remodeled and includes a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Treat yourself to a refreshing beverage on the front porch, or keep the grill master company while dinner cooks on the gas grill on the back porch.

Breathe the fresh coastal air and enjoy the view from two balconies.

An outdoor shower on the side of the home provides a convenient spot to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Walk a few blocks to the shared resort-style lagoon pool, which at 12,000 square feet is the largest pool in 30A.

Guest amenities at this incredible home include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three vehicles in the driveway.

Family Fun
Our 2nd time at this property and we had a blast, again. Great location to Rosemary & Alys for walks and bike rides. House sleeps comfortably and is tuck into neighborhood helping provide quiet, comfortable stay. We will be back.

great house for family vacay in Seacrest!
We’ve rented around this area for almost 10 years. This was our best vacation yet! The house was everything we needed, well decorated, very comfortable and the owner was super easy & responsive to communicate with and offered all the info we needed. We used the trolley service and walked to the beach also (my kids are older 22,18, & 14). My kids enjoyed the bikes while we were there. Because we flew, I appreciated the beach towels and there was even a cooler we toted to the beach. The rental chairs are pricey in this area, but worth it. The set up for bringing your own chairs is very crowded. You can’t beat the location for food, shopping in Rosemary and the gorgeous white sand and blue water. Hope to rent here again!

Perfect Family Home
The house is absolutely gorgeous and in the perfect location. Walking into Rosemary and Alys is a breeze and the high-season shuttle to the beach makes shuttling kids (and all their belongings) so easy. The home is even more stunning than the photos and lives much larger as well! The only thing to note if visiting during cooler months, Seacrest does not currently have a heated pool but is in the process of constructing one! For our early March Spring Break, it would have been a nice feature on the cooler days!

Amazing family house on 30a
We love 30a and have stayed at many houses through the years but Wren’s Nest is up there. It starts with the owner, Rob, being extremely easy to communicate with. He cares that you have a great vacation experience. The house is prefect for families with open kitchen, new appliances, comfortable living space and a large dining room. The master bath is spa like and the beds were all comfy. The bunk room is perfect for teens / small kids and even younger adults. The house is on end of quiet street but minutes from the beach and all that Alys and Rosemary have to offer. A real hidden gem - we will be back!

Beautiful Experience
The house was perfect to accommodate all my family guests. It was very clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Rob was amazing too. He did a great job checking on us throughout the week to make sure everything was as we needed. It was a beautiful and relaxing time.

Another great vacation at Seacrest
This property was a great fit for our family. We appreciated the extra space where we use it most: In the family room there was plenty of seating with very comfortable couches and chairs. There was also plenty of seating around the dining room table and at the bar. It's nice when we all get to sit down for a meal together. The location of the property in proximity to the beach was good as well. We also enjoyed the swing on the front porch and the deck off the master for morning coffee. The only upgrade we would give is more cookware in the kitchen. We cook all of our meals when we are at the beach, and we use a lot of pots and pans, etc. We like to make crab legs and it would have been good to have a large enough pot for that. Otherwise, this property was a great fit for our family. Also, Rob was great to work with. He communicates well and is very prompt with his response. We really appreciated that.

Wonderful Stay at Wren’s Nest
The house was perfect for our kids and their friends. Easy walk or bike ride to pool and tram stop right around the corner. Quiet spot at the end of the block. The house is beautifully furnished and mattresses are very comfy. Would come back again.

Perfect getaway for Mom/Dad, college age son and a couple of son's friends; house had everything we needed and room to spread out; quiet but with easy access to area attractions (and an easy drive to Grayton Beach for food, drink and less crowded beach sand); Rob was very responsive and easy to work with; we'll be back

Fantastic Home - 5 Starts
The owner/manager was very communicative. The house is located on a side street next to Alys Beach so it is very private. Walk to the pool was about 5 minutes and to the beach was about 10. Only one house on the side so private location of the neighborhood. The house was really nice - had everything you could want. Large living room, open kitchen, separate dining room - would be great for a family. Bedrooms are on the smaller side but ample for couples and porch off master was awesome, quiet place. Decor was nice. 3rd floor living space would have been great for my teens - will bring them next time. Was a short trip but loved the property - will be back with the family soon!
