L appartement aurait besoin d être vérifié par le propriétaire car en mauvais état. Odeur d égout
Placard cassé, chauffage en panne, canapé taché, table à manger toute abîmée,salle de bain avec de la moisissure sur les joints, glace pas accrochée correctement, fils de la lumière à nu, odeur d égout dans tout l appartement

Dommage...
Très bon emplacement. Appartement lumineux et bien isolé de l'extérieur. Par contre un mobilier qui laisse à désiré : placard qui se démonte quand on l'ouvre, table cassée (manque la moitié). Odeurs fortes dans la salle de bain et chasse d'eau qui nous reste dans la main. Si un peu de rénovation est faite, alors il sera très bien !

Nous avons eu plusieurs problèmes... Code de l'entrée ne fonctionne pas Ascenseur en panne. Douche insalubre plusieurs meubles cassés Forte odeur d'égout et de moisi. Pas assez de vaisselle pour 4.... Très cher pour la prestation
