The Air conditioning didnt work and it was 37 degree. When I asked to change the room they said no, and that is only it, they didnt even try to compensate with a fan or something! Apart from that the room was ok/average , but the bathroom had a minimal shower space with a broken shower curtain. No 3-star hotel at all. the only good thing is that is in front of the station and walk distance of shopping stores

Worst hotel experience
Air condition was not working well. When we complained they gave us a fan that wasn’t enough. The room was so small. You could hardly get into the shower. We requested to be transferred to another room. They said all rooms were taken. We learned the following day that it was not true and that the air condition was working better in another room. We demanded a refund and we were planning to go to another hotel. They said there was no refund. We had to bear the heat 30 that became 32 degrees until the following morning. It was the worst hotel experience we had.

Very poor stay, I knew it wouldn’t be luxury stay, but the little they offer, it’s bad. The room was very hot, the AC wouldn’t work after a long time, I got in touch with the front desk and the guy pressed a button and it came on, but it did not cool the room. Breakfast was bad, I asked for eggs, the front desk he said he would bring, but after 20 minutes, I went back to him, he said it would take 20 minutes to cook them, we waited 45 minutes for 4 boiled eggs. The coffee was terrible. And, I got a parking ticket for parking where the front desk guy told me to park.

Good location and adequate, though dated
Perfect location--a 5-minute walk from the starion, where taxis to the center of town are readily available. Fast and efficient check-in. Adequate breakfast. Well-worn and dated furniture, fixtures, and flooring, but basically clean. AC was barely keeping up, so the room was a bit warm. Tiny claustrophobic elevator with room for two without luggage, but only one with luggage. It was fine for a quick one-night reservation, but probably not a good choice for a longer stay.

Though the staff were friendly enough, the breakfast ok but not great. For example there was no fruit or salad. I kind of expect that when paying £90 per night. The rooms are not very secure though there's a safe. Inadequete staff at reception meaning they have to lock the doors. I was not able to come and collect my luggage that I left during the day. Security needs updating. The room had ants on the floor plus, I was bitten a lot by mosqitos. The shower was so small I had a job to turn around. I'm glad I stayed just one night.

While its nice that its close to the train station. I would stay away from this hotel. To begin, the front staff were rude and unwelcoming. The shower had mold and it didnt drain. The hair dryer couldnt be used for more than 30 seconds without it starting to burn up and become unsafe to use. The bed was advertised as a queen and was two singles pushed together and continued to slide apart all night; and to top it off, management decided to shut off the AC for the week because it "was too cold"... while it was sitting at a high of 30. For the buffet, there were hard boiled eggs that were sitting on the counter in the heat, without ac or ice or a fridge, as well as the milk - it was room temperature when we went down around 7am before we were leaving for the train. If we were supposed to stay for more than a night we would have found somewhere else to say. Find anywhere else to stay

Booked 3 nights left after the first , and booked else where. Didn’t get a refund but couldn’t do another 2 nights . Wanted a good location , reasonable price stay in Pisa as we only needed a bed with a good location. Pictures looked decent however arrived the room was not what was advertised , 2 small single beds pushed together when it was advertised Queen bed. Aircon advertised however no aircon available. Black mould in bathroom when complained was told “there’s no windows that’s normal”. No air flow had to have window open but mosquitos came in so was bitten all night. Had to use clothing as pillows due to the bedding offered. Save your money do not book here the only good thing was the location but even then you get better value you for the same money elsewhere. If the price wasn’t as high as it was and was a lower price wouldn’t complain as to be expected but this was absolutely terrible

Room was quite basic and small, and needed some TLC. However, everything was clean and worked. It was also quieter than expected given its location near the station/busy road. Very convenient for the station. Very good value breakfast and good value overall.
