This apartment, completely refurbished in winter 2019, is located in a privileged location in Port-Grimaud, Ideally located in the Marina, water coaches and boat shuttles are available for you to go to the Saint-Tropez Market, in Sainte-Maxime , while avoiding road traffic.
Access to all amenities, shops, bars, restaurant, Port-Grimaud market 100 meters away, beaches, everything is close by and once in the apartment there is absolute calm overlooking the canals and boats.
The long balcony with its arcades runs along the entire apartment and gives a direct view of the Marina and the Grimaud castle.
Very bright, facing west.
Whether for a candlelit dinner or a last drink, you can enjoy the sunset. Including 1 bedroom with new bedding, a Queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living room (whose 140x200 mattress is 20 cm thick), this 46 m2 apartment accommodates 4 people + a baby (cot, high chair) .

Superb apartment in a great location
Super apartment with clean and comfortable furnishings. Spacious accommodation in an excellent location close to shops and restaurants. Reserved car parking only 100m away. Very quiet and peaceful with lovely views from the terrace.

Nice but a little too touristy
Accommodation was same as the pictures, very well equipped kitchen nice balcony to sit and relax. Only issue we had was the boiler didn’t work when we were there for a week, the shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold, Beatrice did try and get this fixed but wasn’t able to in the time we were there. As we couldn’t use the shower I did on return request a partial refund which was ignored by Beatrice, I felt it only fair to be refunded some of the cost due to the fact we couldn’t use the shower. Also VbR are not very good with their correspondence considering they get a fee to be the agent. Finally note that there is a cleaning fee to be paid on arrival in cash of just under 50 EUROS this is hidden in a drop down box on the information.

Peaceful perfect location amazing outlook
Everything you would expect, the view is very tranquil and inviting to spend the evenings enjoying the tranquility and reflections. Beatrice is a perfect host attending to all requests We would only request for future quests better essential supplies like seasonings, bin liners, toilet rolls, all enough for the stay. As we are from Australia we found the loss in the exchange rates for the deposit paid and returned along with the cleaning fees all added to the un expected cost of the stay, We will be wary of this for future stays.

Beautiful Apartment in Port Grimaud
The apartment is in a perfect location in the centre of Port Grimaud 1 close to restaurants and shops and only a short walk from the beach. The view from the south west facing balcony is across the canal with quaint little houses and boats, lovely to sit in the afternoon and evening sunshine and enjoy a glass of wine and dinner. The apartment is fully equipped and beautifully decorated, smart and new. It has a large separate bedroom, nice bathroom with walk in shower and a large living room with kitchen and dining area. Wonderful apartment.

Local and cozey atmosphere
We had a very good stay in the apartment. Location in Port Grimaud is very good as it is in a central, but quit part of Port Grimaud. View from balcony over the water and boats was very lovely. Our host was very helpful and friendly. only small issue was that the air condition unit was noisy. But overall we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

Schöner Familienurlaub in Port Grimaud
Einfach gehaltenes, aber komplett ausreichendes kleines Appartement im Sentrum von Port Grimaud. Unsere Kinder (11 und 12 Jahre alt) und wir hatten alles was wir brauchen und eine richtig schöne Woche an der Cõte d‘Azur. Hervorzuheben ist der nette Kontakt mit Beatrice, der Vermieterin. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Port Grimaud
Das Appartement war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Béatrice hat sich auch während der Woche bei uns gemeldet und nachgefragt ob bei uns alles ok ist. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und alles ist einfach zu Fuss erreichbar.

Eine wunderbare Woche in Port Grimaud
Das Appartement hat eine ideale Lage: wunderschöner Blick von der Terrasse auf den Hafen, Bio-Bäcker neben der Haustür, viele Restaurants und Mini SU-Markt sowie Wassertaxi nach Saint Tropez in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kleine charmante Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und Beatrice ist eine sympatische Vermieterin! Parkplatz ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein- und Ausladen vor dem Appartement möglich, außer Sonntag Vormittag wegen Markt.

Schöne Lage und Objekt
Nette, hilfreiche Vermieterin. Wohnung vollständig und ansprechend ausgestattet. Besonderheit ist der Parkplatz. Dieser ist außerhalb des Geländes in 3 Min. fussläufig zu erreichen und nur für Residenzbewohner mit Zugangskarte reserviert.

Wunderschöne Aussicht
Eine schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer Ausstattung mit allem, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig gelegen in Port Grimaud mit einem grossen, gedeckten Balkon mit traumhafter Aussicht auf einen der Kanäle. Die ausgesprochen nette Gastgeberin Beatrice hat uns herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick
Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ruhig im Herzen von Port Grimaud. Der Ausblick ist einfach umwerfend. Die Sonnenuntergänge auf dem Balkon haben wir sehr genossen. Wir haben alles sauber vorgefunden und können Frau Senequier als Gastgeberin nur empfehlen.
