The house features an open floor plan and a wall of windows looking out over the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Taking up another whole wall in this unique space is a gorgeous stone facing with a gas fireplace and mantel. Look closely - there's a mosaic stone ship laid into the wall. For more entertainment options, turn your attention to the TV equipped with cable and a DVD player.

When it is time to put a meal on the table, the full kitchen has everything you'll require. This spacious upper floor has a dining room table with overflow seats available at the breakfast bar. And since this space is open, socializing is easy whether you're setting the table, watching a movie on the sofa, or stirring the pasta sauce in the kitchen.

After dinner, you can rack 'em up on the pool table or play a game of foosball in the garage game room. The upper deck provides plenty of space to enjoy a colorful sunset or gaze up at the stars.

Nope
Garbage disposal didn’t work, the lock on the hot tub didn’t work and that was just the start. One of the beds was broken, the closest doors were broken and the AC/Fan did not work so it was constantly extremely hot in the house. You could tell it’s been poorly managed. I reported issues to management but nothing was fixed during our stay. It was extremely uncomfortable.

Great place in a great location
We had a great time staying at this location. It was perfectly located for beach access. The home has all the amenities that you need for your stay, the kitchen had plenty of supplies. It had two refrigerators (one in the garage but we didn't use it). It was the perfect place. The only reason I am giving it an overall 4 star rating is because when we checked in we notified the management company that the two bathroom doors upstairs didn't close and lock properly. It took them the better part of a day to respond and the doors were never fixed while we were there. Thankfully, we were all family and respected each other's bathroom space. They did promise that the doors would be fixed before the next guests arrived.. I hope so for the next guy.

Needs some attention
First of all it took us more than 20 minutes to get the door to unlock. When we finally got in, the house was very dirty. The fold out beds had food crumbs on them. The bedding on the upstairs bed had what looked to be poo on them. We had to wash all the bedding ourselves before we could sleep. There was broken glass in the garage. There was a cigar left on the balcony. The microwave didn't work. There was a no shoes policy, but the floors were very dirty. I called the next day, and sent pictures of everything. They apologized for the state of the house. We asked for late checkout but we were told that they had someone coming right after us. Then they sent one guy to clean the whole house as we were checking out. No way could one person deep clean the whole house in the amount of time he had until check in. And it definitely needed a good deep clean.

Great place to stay!
We enjoyed our time at this property! When looking there were so many options, this fit with some of our important criteria; ocean view, hot tub, kids entertainment... but came with a fair rental fee. We would revisit the home again!

This rental is in need of a serious remodel. The view of the ocean would be amazing with new windows. The overall cleanliness was so-so. Despite all of this, our family still had a good time. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a plus!

There wasn’t enough towels to use since because of the hot tub.. the white towels in the bathroom has stains. The paper product provided wasn’t sufficient. They kitchen doesn’t have any larger serving bowls. There wasn’t any foil or plastic wrap.

Three generations enjoying the the coast.
This house was awesome for our family visit to the beach! Lots of space to spread out and to gather together. The view is spectacular! Kitchen is well stocked for prep cooking and serving meals and beds were very comfortable. We are planning a return!

The house was a great fit, great location. Terrible parking!! The house could have been cleaner. Floors were not clean and one bathroom not clean. Fireplace didn’t work snd TV downstairs didn’t work. It could use some deep cleaning.

Some of the issues we had…
Just a few things that I think need addressed… for the room with the bunk bed… no ladder… it was difficult getting in and out the top bunk. Also the downstairs bathroom needs to have a non slip mat in the bathtub. It was super slippery. And since we were there 4 nights… there needs to be more supplies left… we pay enough money each night, we should not have to go the store to get TP, paper towels or garbage bags. Also… 10 am is a super early check out and when asked for just one extra hour, it was not allowed…

Beautiful!!
The home was perfectly located for quick beach access especially having the younger kids with us. Quick and easy to find a grocery store or a place to eat.. The kids had a blast playing down stairs and grown up were able to have there own relaxing area upstairs. Bedrooms were good the bathrooms were good and everyone had a good time at this location we would definitely recommend this rental and we will be planning another trip in the future.*

Filthy, outdated and most things broken
Super disappointing. It took an hour just to clean the house enough to even be useable. The kitchen and bathrooms were disgusting. No one answered the contact line. The shower in one of the bathrooms upstairs didn’t work at all. The hot tub was broken, the tv did not work. The living room furniture was not at all what was represented in the photos. Everything was super outdated. The fees for this place are ridiculous- seriously we previously rented the house next door a few years ago and it is MUCH better- Don’t waste your money here!

Acknowledge reviews before booking
Kitchen/dining room lights stopped work after being on 30 seconds. Maintenance tech couldn't do anything about the issue. Got a minor refund for "amenities". Last time I checked, we live in the 21st century and Lincoln City is not a third world country city. Lighting is a basic FACILITY - not one of the amenities. Either fix the lights AGAIN or list kitchen lighting as one of your amenities next to WiFi and hot tub. Not impressed with the refund either. Great location, house could really use some updated maintenance.

Great location, house needs upgrades
The location is fabulous. Easy beach access and great views! We were disappointed in the kitchen. We are a family that cooks and there were no cookie sheets. The pans could use some upgrades. The toaster did not work. And we needed a large pot to do a shrimp boil. The hot tub worked great the first night but then did not work. Someone did come out twice to work on it with no luck. This was a huge bummer as my main reason for booking .....is hot tub. The king beds upstairs were very comfortable but the downstairs queens not so much. The bunk bed was nice. The huge couch in the front room was a draw as it looks so comfortable.....It needs to be replaced. It is also way to low to the ground. Movie watching was difficult as could not get comfortable. Downstairs futon was very comfortable.

Views were amazing.
It was a nice house but needed some work. There seemed to be mold in the lower floor shower and lower rooms smelled musty. There was a hold in the wall in one of the lower bedrooms. Overall cleanliness was not up to standard of other houses we have rented. The refrigerator quit working the second day we were there. (which could happen anywhere) The maintenance man came within an hour and was unable to fix it but brought us a college size refrigerator to use. We had 9 people in the house so had to use coolers also. The views from the living room were wonderful and walk to beach was close and easy. Had a good time with the family.
