Horrible. The place was closed and i was not notified. We arrived to find nobody insight. We asked a friendly neighbor nearby for help and she gave us a ride to the nearest rail station. This was a bad experience.

Great hotel
We arrived in Stockholm late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised at how caring the staff member Oliver was. He was friendly and ensured that we were taken good care of. The late evening meal was excellent. Oliver made sure to arrange an early breakfast plate was made up for us as we would be missing the regular breakfast. At 10 min from the airport this hotel is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered

Nice room, close to Arlanda airport
Usually stay the Radisson Blu at Arlanda. Tried Brooks Hotel for the first time. Only 10 min from airport, and competitively priced, this hotel had large comfortable rooms, good staff, and a nice breakfast. Primarily a conference hotel however we found it very comfortable and accommodating.

Beautiful and Comfortable Hotel
I arrived late at night and the counter is closed. I called the telephone listed on the door and Liz, who answered the phone assisted me through the process of getting a room with no hassle. I have a good night rest after that.

This hotel is very overrated. We booked a superior room - a very small room. The bed was against the wall and my wife couldn't get into bed without climbing over myself no tables next to the bed. Curtains were coming off the hooks, shower had no shower curtain around it. Had dinner and it took 35 minutes for the meal to be served. Breakfast was not good either as the buffet had not been replenished no bread or milk and no staff around to help. The male attendant on arrival was very good in bringing our suitcases in up two flights of stairs even though we were on the ground floor. On leaving no staff around to help taking same suitcases down the stairs. Location of hotel not far from airport if you know how to find hotel as only a small signpost from the main road even GPS couldn't find it had to ask someone for directions. Wifi was good.

They're elegant and modern Hotel. Located in the woods and is a remodeled schoolhouse. Loved it!! Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, friendly stuff.

Nice hotel in quite town near Arlanda airport.
The hotel is beautiful; the staff are efficient and friendly. My only complaint is that even if I had already pre-paid Expedia earlier when I made the reservation on May 6 or so, the hotel reception charged me again for my stay (a daily rate of $86) because it seems that the hotel hadn't received my payment of $76 through Expedia. I called Expedia on May 30 and Expedia's agent said she will contact the hotel about my concern and get back to me. I am waiting for an update from Expedia so I can be refunded.

Ideal for the airport and commuter trains
A very enjoyable stay in a lovely hotel. Ideally situated near the airport. Liz and the other staff were happy to take me to the airport or train station in their free shuttle, anytime I wanted. The breakfast was excellent and room comfortable. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel

The hotel is nice from outside. We liked the surroundings. The problem was the staff. Nobody in the lobby, when we got the keycards, we did not get the information that our room is not in the main building. The receptionist was not friendly and helpful, he tried to be nice after our complaints, but the nice feeling was gone. I expected to get to the warm room because we arrived to Arlanda at 9 pm. The room was cold even after dinner. Unfortunately have to say that the issue at the beginning made my stay just average.

Great staff/remote hotel
Brand new hotel. I booked it because of it's proximity to the Arlanda airport. But it was really out in the middle of nowhere. Very remote. So if you are looking for a hotel that you can wander from and explore, this is not it. The service was great--very friendly staff. Note that they do not provide any amenities in the room. Soap is on the wall and doubles as body soap/shampoo, so plan accordingly. No water in the room or hair dryer. Room itself was incredibly small. Food in the restaurant was good, but expensive. Overall, I'm not sure I would stay here again....at least not in the winter time. Summer is probably best due to their adjacency to a world class golf course.

So much potential unfulfilled!
My 2nd and last visit. First was wonderful, but now it was winter. Room temp, no matter what I or management did, stayed stuck at 19.5 (67.8 F -- the temp at about 5 feet, not sleep level, which was around 62 F. Heat came from top of high ceilings, never reaching me. Lovely, big room for my son and grandson, but mine, this time, was standard, disappointingly small, no desk, no chair, no toiletries (one-soap-cleans-all--no hair conditioner or lotion). No easy-to-find info on how to use hotel phone to contact desk (would you guess '2'?). All was elegant, tasteful, but breakfast was in a side building. One page said free room service, but another said there's a charge, so I coated up and went forth. Many steps were snow-covered. Breakfast was below standard for such a fine hotel (Chef is VERY GOOD, but selections were sparse--not his fault.) When I complained bout no fish (sil), manager said "What? Fish for breakfast?" I've lived in Sweden half the time for years and this was insulting. GOOD Swedish breakfasts offer two or three kinds, there are Swedish pancakes, lots of fresh fruit, often smoked salmon--all this was missing. We moved to nearby Quality Inn, much cheaper, bigger room, and fabulous breakfast, for Day Two.

A good hotel with excellent service (special thanks to Liz)near to airport but no airport shuttle before 8am after 11pm. I would not recommend this hotel for those who don't have their own vehicle and traveling with kids....far from city and 3 kms from the nearest train station. Hotel have their shuttle to drop and pick from 8-11(one has to call for pick up).

Nice hotel close to airport, friendly staff
Former school house converted to a hotel. Very clean with modern facilities. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Excellent continental breakfast was included.
