Beautiful furnished apartment of 70 m², 1st floor of a house located in the center of a small town of 2800 inhabitants in a quiet street.
Separate entrance, private terrace with view of the shared interior garden.

50 m from all shops and a train station, 200 m from a cycle path, 5 min from an aquatic leisure center, a paragliding club and the Wesserling Park with its 5 remarkable gardens, its media library ..., 15 minutes from a landscaped lake (pedal boats, tree-top hikes, etc.), starting from marked hiking trails and mountain bike circuits, tennis 200m away.
The Alsace wine route begins at 15 min; Mulhouse, its museums and its TGV are 30 minutes away;
Basel and Colmar at 1 hour; Strasbourg at 1:30 am.

Schöne ruhige Wohnung und ruhiges Dorf
Wir waren 5 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten den Garten benutzen zum Entspannen und auf dem Balkon schön gemütlich essen. Bäckerei und Doener Kebab ganz in der Nähe. Es hat auch gut geschmeckt. Der Ort ist klein und ruhig, die ganze Gegend ist sehr schön.

Het appartement is netjes en heeft alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Het is voor fietsers goed gelegen aan de voet van de Grand Ballon. Er is een garage waar de fietsen kunnen staan. De eigenaren wonen er naast en zijn heel aardig. Het was een prima verblijf.

Gîte très agréable
J'ai très agréable bien équipé au calme Cependant il est particulièrement désagréable de découvrir une fois qu'on a réservé et payer Que nous devons remettre une caution de 100 € en liquide et 50 € de supplément pour un ménage qui dans notre cas n'était absolument pas justifié nous avons laissé l'appartement totalement propre puisque nous avons fait 3 jours avec juste les petits déjeuners il serait plus intéressant d'augmenter le prix de la nuit et de ne pas faire de supplément inutile et désagréable

Gîte bien équipé et spacieux, bien situé à proximité des commerces du village et point de départ idéal pour des randonnées cyclistes ou pédestres. Gemütliche Wohnung, toll für Ausflüge
Die Vermieter sind sehr liebenswürdig und aufmerksam, der Garten wunderschön, die Wohnung sehr gemütlich, die Garage super für Fahrräder (Auto kann im Hof parken). Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße. In wenigen hundert Metern kommt man auf die "voie verte" Fahrradrouten und kann tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un accueil parfait ! Un logement très spacieux ou rien ne manque ! En couple et avec deux enfants de 4 et 6 ans, on ne se marche pas dessus, il y a de la place ! 2 grandes chambres et un douche grand format, c était top ! La localisation était idéale pour nous. A 30 minutes des pistes de ski du Markstein et aux portes du vignoble alsacien, les activités ne manquent pas. Nous conseillons ce logement !

Belle région où il faut revenir plusieurs fois pour en profiter à plein!

Die Lage ist super zentral und dennoch ruhig. Eigener Eingang sowie Sitzmöglichkeit auf dem Balkon oder im Garten. Ansonsten alles da, was man in einer Unterkunft für den Urlaub benötigt. Nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter.

sehr gastfreundlich und komfortabel
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll, ästhetisch und geräumig. Wir hatten zu fünft genug Platz (zwei Erwachsene und drei größere Kinder) auch bei Regentagen im Haus. Das Haus und die Wohnung sind sehr schön saniert und gepflegt. Ein richtiges Schmuckstück. Die Terrasse ist zu jeder Tages- oder Nachtzeit schön, man kann da wunderbar frühstücken oder auch des Nachts die Sterne beobachten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr gastfreundlich und zugewandt und die Kommunikation mit Deutsch und Französisch hat wunderbar geklappt. Wir wurden sogar mit frischen Mirabellen und Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt. Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
