The Saint Fraimbault gîte is located in a peaceful, wooded environment, in the heart of the Loir Valley but 35 minutes from Le Mans.

In a green setting, visitors can relax and appreciate the tranquility and calm of the place. In an independent house, the cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. It has an entrance, a gate, private parking with a large shaded area, a garage for motorcycles and bicycles. Garden furniture, barbecue….

Ground floor: equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, electric oven, washing machine, microwave etc.). A large living room with lounge area and dining area, flat screen. 1 bathroom with large Italian shower, sink, washing machine. 1 independent toilet. . Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 twin 80 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 mezzanine with a BZ (140 width) for 2 people.

Rental of sheets with towels extra: €10/pers.
