Tenuta La Pineta is a stunning traditional Italian country villa, surrounded by acres of private park, woodland, and olive groves, and just a few minutes on foot to town, restaurants, shops and the beaches of Salò. The villa was completely rennovated in 2019, adding modern comfort and convenience to the stunning original antique finishings including stone walls and wooden ceilings. For 2020 a brand new private pool has been added. Perfect for large families and friendly get togethers, the villa is organised into 4 independant but connected apartments, plus a fifth apartment used as a dining and relax area where the whole group can cook, eat and spend time together. Please note, the apartments are not rented separately – the entire property is rented as a whole, providing maximum space and complete privacy for our guests.

Outside there is a large outdoor hottub, great for enjoying the evening sunsets together, and a dedicated outdoor dining area with table for 16+ and a barbecue. Around the house is a beautiful garden and lawned area, and beyond that acres of private woods, fields, and olive groves. The villa is surrounded by nature, in perfect peace and quiet, but still in town. It is an oasis of green within easy walking distance from the beach, shops, restaurants and lakefront promenade to downtown Salò.

The villa sleeps 16+2 in a total of 7 bedrooms with 7.5 bathrooms. The living arrangements are organised into 4 independant connected apartments:
Apartment 1: two double bedrooms with queensize beds, two full bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area, and a lounge area.
Apartment 2: three double bedrooms with queensize beds, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom, kitchen and dining area, and a lounge area.
Apartment 3: a large open space with queensize double bed in the loft, and two double sofa beds below, with kitchenette and bathroom.
Apartment 4: a romantic tower with double bed in the room upstairs and bathroom downstairs.|


Bedrooms: sleeps 16+2 in 7 bedrooms. Total 7 queensize double beds (some can be separated into singles) and 2 double sofa beds. Organised into 4 independant but connected apartments.
Bathrooms: total 7 full bathrooms and 1 powder room (toilet only)
Kitchens: There are a total of 5 kitchens, 3 in three apartments and the 4th a group kitchen in the dedicated dining area, and a fifth kitchenette in the tower. The kitchens are all fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, crockery, pots & pans and utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, and french press coffee maker.  The main group kitchen has also has a nespresso coffee maker.

The city of Salò is a beautiful small town, with an active cultural and music scene, many wonderful and internationally acclaimed restaurants, and the longest waterfront Promenade in all of Italy. There are numerous public beaches, all clean pebble beaches. Some of the beaches serviced with bars that rent beach lounge chairs and umbrellas, and some simple unserviced beaches. Along the promenade there are regular live music events in the evening. 

Full hands-on luxury service, including professional cleaning, hotel quality linens & towels and concierge service is provided by Holiday-Garda. Wonderful Villa
The villa was just as advertised! We loved it. We had 4 different apartments so we could have our space at anytime. The kitchens in each apartment were great. Novella, the property manager, was a dream to work with and answered all questions quickly. We also took advantage of the chefs, Manuel and Mahara. We ordered a brunch and a dinner from them and the food and service were amazing. There are many steps in each apartment so if you have difficulty with stairs, you might need to reconsider. We would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful villa.
