Welcome to our one-of-a-kind, surf compound. Experience the ultimate California lifestyle with incredible amenities and comfy beds. We have focused on creating an experience for our guests with a glamping themed bedroom (4 twin beds) and an actual glamping tent guest house (2 twin beds) with an outdoor bathroom, plus three bedrooms with king sized beds. Perfect for three couples and 6 kids! Luxurious mixed with rustic, glamping, surf style makes this a unique, highly sought after property.

You may have seen us on Shark Tank. Our son invented his Locker Board skateboard at this incredible property. Creating this beach compound has been a labor of love for our family. We are excited to host you and provide a memorable trip for you and your loved ones.

We are walking distance to 204's beach, the pier, Linda Lane beach, beach trail head, multiple wedding venues, north beach restaurants, breweries, coffee houses and more. Mid-century modern beach style, completely remodeled inside (includes air conditioning).

We are child and infant friendly (lots of amenities for families, see list below). We are pet friendly (free of charge). Great for wedding parties and large groups (set up for multi-generational families to enjoy). We also have a 6-seater, luxury golf cart you can rent during your stay for an additional $100 a day.

Guests love our property because we have spaces for large groups to congregate as well as private areas in a peaceful outdoor setting for individuals to slip away to. It's a very creative space with tons of amenities.
Guests often say they could just stay on the property and never leave. We have a private hot tub with layout area, outdoor bathroom with shower/sink/changing area, outdoor movie theater with old-school popcorn machine and 6 bean bag chairs, giant firepit area with a bar and BBQ, concrete patio great for playing cornhole, and back deck with large table (seats 12) for al fresco dining while enjoying gorgeous sunset and city light views.

Our property is two stories with a reverse floor plan (which means you enter the property at the top level which is where the gourmet kitchen and main living area are located as well as 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom). The top level is the main living area and has no stairs, so it's great for elders or individuals who have a hard time navigating stairs (and the outdoor decks give you a bird's eye view of the entire property). Please note, there are two steps you have to take to enter the property from the street and if you want to access the backyard there are a lot of stairs to navigate.

The house is 2,000 square feet and sits on a 6,000 sq foot lot. This beach retreat is a mini-compound: private, secure and completely enclosed. We have ring cameras at every point of entry to the property.

Upper level bedroom with a split level, adjustable king bed. There is a small desk in this room and shares bathroom with bedroom #1.

Lower level bedroom is large with a King bed with TV, fireplace and makeup area. Shares bathroom with Bedroom #4.

BEDROOM #4
Lower level bedroom with 4 twin beds set up as "glamping themed". This is a large room with a small kitchenette attached that has a small stove/ fridge/sink/coffee bar/dining table with 4 chairs/fireplace/TV - great "sleep over" room. The bathroom is shared with bedroom #3.

BEDROOM #5
Outdoor guest house, a high-end, outdoor, white, canvas glamping tent with two, XL twin beds & patio sitting area built on a platform deck in a beautiful setting that has easy access to the outdoor bathroom (with sink, toilet and shower). It has a charging station/electricity, lights, electric blankets to keep you warm in the winter. This tent is a permanent structure/guest house, and everyone battles to stay in it. It is a guest favorite.

The Locker Board Surf Compound's easy beach access puts you and your family within a 5 minute walk from San Clemente's world famous 204's beach. Linda Lane, the pier and multiple wedding venues (Casino and Ole Hansen Beach Club). The North Beach trail head to the San Clemente Beach Trail is a 5 minute walk away and will take you on a 2.3 mile ocean view journey that will lead you past the pier to Calafia Beach. If you decide to continue your journey on a more rustic trail you can continue all the way south to "Cotton's Point" (where you will find President Nixon's Western White House). We are also at the bike trail head to Dana Point Harbor. Cruise your bikes (11 bikes included in rental) along PCH for a 5 mile ride to Dana Point Harbor. Ride through Doheny State Beach along the way!

We are located in the North Beach area of San Clemente (dubbed the "North Beach Historic District"). We are a 5 minute walk from two wedding venues (Casino Building and Ole Hanson Beach Club). Tons of new restaurants, coffee houses, bars, breweries are popping up everywhere and all within walking distance. It's the current hot spot in San Clemente!

The Locker Board Surf Compound is also just a 5 minute drive to downtown San Clemente, where you can dine, shop, and enjoy the quaint Del Mar Avenue or you could head to the famous San Clemente Pier and Fisherman's restaurant (also a 5 minute ride away). The Ole Hanson Beach Club and public pool is a 5 minute walk. There are several parks within walking distance. The outlet mall is a 5 minute drive away. You are a short car ride from world class Trestles and San Onofre beaches. San Clemente is located between all of San Diego attractions and Disneyland. All within 45 min drive.

Holiday and summer rates are higher

Please note: We welcome large groups and wedding parties. People love hosting rehearsal dinners on our property because it can handle a lot people. We welcome small events; however, we ask that they be finished by 10pm so we don't upset the neighbors. We take seriously our neighbors’ right to peaceful enjoyment of their homes, and require all who occupy our home to be respectful. Quiet time is 10pm-7am. We live 4 streets away, are available if there are any issues. All neighbors have our phone number and will contact us if guests are disrespectful or throw loud parties.

We are pet friendly and allow small, well-trained dogs for no additional fee. If you have allergies please note that we do allow dogs in the home. The home is super clean, however if you have allergies to animals you might be affected.

The backyard has multiple levels and areas that provide privacy. There are a lot of stairs in the backyard (all with handrails to help people navigate).

We have a 6-seater, luxury golf cart that you can rent during your stay for an additional $100 a day. It's a great way to get to the beach and tool around town. It is street legal, and you have to be 21+ to rent it.
