After a day of activities or at the beach, relax with a refreshing dip in the shared 7 x 7 meter chlorine pool, with a depth of 1.4 meters. There's also a children's pool (3.5 x 3.5 meters, 0.4 meters deep). Guests can enjoy the private garden, sunbathe on loungers, read under the parasol, or prepare a barbecue on the furnished porch. The garden is fenced, and the house is in a quiet residential area with other homes. The 130 m² house is spread over two floors. The ground floor features a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area, with air conditioning and satellite TV (German channels). The dining table seats 9, and the kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided. There are 5 bedrooms: one double on the ground floor and four on the upper floor (two with single beds, one with a bunk bed, and one with a double bed). All rooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. Two bathrooms with bathtubs serve the house. A cot and high chair are available on request. The house is located in Cala d'Or, close to beaches like Cala Egos and Cala Mondragó. A golf course is 8.5 km away. Tourist license ETV/4479 Pets and events are not allowed.
