Excelente hotel para ir com crianças
Foi uma ótima estadia. O Hotel é muito agradável. A comida é excelente. Os quartos são grandes. Tem várias atividades. As piscinas são ótimas. Como sugestão: 1. poderiam rever o sistema de aquecimento dos alimentos no buffet, pois esfria muito rápido, 2. Deveriam colocar mais lixeiras.

Já fiz mais de 330 hospedagem utilizando o Hotéis.com, e essa será a 1a vez que vou deixar os meus comentários. Em relação as estalações, educação e presteza de todos os funcionários, comidas não tenho o que reclamar, daria nota 100 se fosse possível. A minha reclamação está na forma que o hotel abusa dos seus hóspedes, não é uma diária barata, e tirando as 3 refeições no dia, café da manhã, almoço e jantar, o resto tudo se paga, e paga-se uma fortuna. Uma água mineral custa 7,00, um refrigerante 11,00, uma lata de cerveja os exorbitantes 16,00 , uma caneca de chopp chega a 18,00 de 300ml, uma água de coco 20,00 e aí por diante. Se querem ter o prestígio de Resort, convido a diretoria do Taua Alexania a ouvirem os feedbacks que os seus funcionários dão em relação aos que os hóspedes falam sobre os preços abusivos.

Tirando os problemas, foi muito bom.
O resort é muito bom, o atendimento é excelente, as acomodações são muito boas, porém tive alguns problemas em relação a confirmação do pagamento, o qual foi efetuado previamente pelo hotels.com, porém quando fui fazer o check-in, fui novamente cobrado por não constar no sistema do hotel o pagamento efetuado. No check-out, mais uma vez fui cobrado pelo pagamento, o qual foi efetuado previamente. Apresentei o comprovante do pagamento realizado no app da hotels.com, e o lançamento realizado no cartão de crédito, tanto na entrada, quanto na saída do hotel. Além do mais, tive problema quanto ao não funcionamento do SPA e da academia, que eram de extrema relevância para esta estadia. Um dos atrativo para a escolha do local foi o SPA, que seria um presente para a minha mão, pelo seu aniversário, o qual comemoramos lá. Da mesma forma a academia não estava funcionando, a qual também foi um grande motivador para a escolha do local, haja vista a necessidade de uma continuidade que eu tenho de manter um programa de treino em função da minha própria profissão. Estas informações só foram disponibilizadas após a reserva e o pagamento da estadia. Reforço o elogio ao serviço prestado pelos funcionários, e a qualidade do resort como um todo, o que ajudou a amenizar as pendências funcionais.

Péssima experiência. Hotel lotado, check in demorou mais de 1 hora - isso porque era preferencial, quando fomos atendidos nao tinha quarto mandaram volta mais tarde, ate as 19 horas não tinha quarto e cancelamos a estadia. gerente mal educado, debochando da cara dos visitantes

Estadia muito boa
A estadia foi muito agradável. O hotel estava sempre muito limpo e a equipe sempre cordial e atenciosa. O buffet estava delicioso! Os drinks na piscina sempre muito bem feitos pela equipe do bar que estava sempre bem humorada. A trilha sonora da piscina foi extremamente de bom gosto (bossa nova, lounge, MPB da melhor qualidade) o bom humor de toda a equipe do hotel foi certamente um diferencial. Eu recomendo o hotel para famílias. Vamos voltar com certeza.

Se vc procura um lugar sossegado e confortável, o que se espera de um Resort, esquece nao é o lugar! Quarto muito limpo, camas estremamente desconfortaveis. A unica piscina com agua "aquecida" é onde ficam as jacuses! As demais sao inutilizadas de tão geladas. EQUIPE DE DESRECREAÇAO NA AREA DA PISINA, som muito alto! Desproporcional! O "Resort" nao tem Roon Service ou seja depois das 22 ninguem come! Resumo NAO VALE NEM METADE DO PREÇO PAGO!
