Gorgeous, expansive parlor (2nd/main floor of house) apartment in a prime location on Jones Street. Newly renovated kitchen has custom granite counters, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker. King bedroom. Pullout sofa in living room. Combination tub/shower in bathroom which is accessible off of the hallway. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home or you can park for free on the public street which has no meters in the 2 block radius.

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. I would definitely look to stay here again. It is within walking distance of everything and super clean. Just be prepared for some very skinny, steep stairs at the entrance.

Updated place in historic area
We loved our stay here! We wanted to stay somewhere historic without it feeling too old. This was the perfect combination of both. The street the house is located on is gorgeous and one of the streets most travel influencers say to make sure to see. The house was very clean and in walking distance to Everything. The stairways in the front and back to get in are VERY steep. So if you struggle with stairs, this would not be the place for you. Two of us stayed with plenty of space. If booking for four, the living room has a pull out couch and hidden pocket doors for privacy which is a nice feature we haven’t always seen in vacation rentals. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Great location in historic district, very clean and inviting home, perfect place to say goodbye to our SCAD bee, nice cafe a couple blocks away, and a historic local pub too, and lots more a bit further. Kroger close also, if you need anything there. We used both parking locations (street and spot out back), and both were equally convenient. Had zero issues upon entry, everything seamless. Bed was quite comfortable. Very enjoyable stay!

This home is exactly what it states. It is a beautiful home, in the historic district, and the location is perfect. We walked almost everywhere! We had good communication with the host. A couple of things to think about, if you are considering this home: 1. The interior is decorated very modern, so make sure to look at the pictures. 2. The deocrations are modern, but the bathroom is not. This did not bother us, at all, but it might others. The ligthing in the bathroom is VERY dim, and the window has a crack in it, and there is, what appears to be, mold on the ceiling, by the air vents. 3. The home has a very strong odor that comes with an older home. This was unpleasant, but it does happen with an older home.

Nice apartment, beautiful street
The apartment was really nice, and was just what we expected from the pictures we saw when booking. The street view was absolutely beautiful. We were on the second floor, so we had to deal with stairs. If you have trouble climbing stairs I would recommend getting the garden apartment. There was a nice little breakfast/lunch restaurant about a block away, and Kroger was less than a mile away. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider booking again!

Perfect location. The personal parking spot was perfect and we used the back entrance to come and go. The AC is loud (as others listed) but did not bother us. Plenty of towels and toiletry items (always a plus!). The binder with instructions and suggestions was great! We love Jones St and had never stayed on this end…would def stay again!

Great apartment. Very conveniently located and walking distance to all of the historic areas. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Quiet street and nice to have the reserved parking. My only complaint is the pillows need to be replaced or upgraded (so lumpy) and we didn’t see a smoke alarm inside our apartment. Overall, great stay and would definitely recommend. If we return to Savannah would stay here again.

This was our second visit to Savannah and we were very pleased with the apt!! Our only comment would be that we would like more light at night- the bulbs were dim and the 3 way bulbs had only on setting that worked. Small issue!!!!!! It was great and we look forward to coming back next year!
