Directly across the road from ( arguably ) The best section of Sawtell Beach,
The Bungalow Sawtell, will leave you wanting for nothing. Located in a quiet residential street, opposite the Littoral Rain forest, and within walking distance to the main street and all local amenities, you will be able to relax and unwind.... EASILY !
The Bungalowvsleeps 2 in a Queen sized, linen wrapped bed. Off the bedroom is an ensuite bathroom. The living area is open plan with super comfortable 3 seater lounge, plush shag pile mat, and 50 inch lcd tv. Plants adorn the interior and exterior. The kitchen, with Ceaserstone top and glass splashback, has a large fridge, dishwasher, convection oven / microwave and “portable “ induction cooktop. There is also a combination washer - dryer. Open the double doors onto the large private deck, for your own “alfresco” dinning area with outdoor table and chairs. There are also table and chairs inside. The Deck area is secure and private, with hot outdoor shower, and all weather bean bags.
2 x Soft top surfboards are available to rent. I may even throw in a Surf lesson. That will cost you an icy cold 6 pack ( which we may share :)

Brilliant!
We had a fantastic stay. Location is brilliant, bungalow exceeded expectations and is within easy walking distance to beaches, creek, cafes, bars etc. The nightly show of the Fireflies was an added bonus, and I'd suggest reading the compendium thoroughly as it's both very informative and extremely entertaining! Craig and Mel were brilliant hosts and the check in and out process couldn't have been easier. Already planning our next stay...

Fabulous Sawtell Bungalow
Couldnt have asked for more stylish, well equiped luxury accommodation just over the road to the beach track. We'll be back as it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy all Sawtell has to offer.

Cute space, great place - hidden gem
This compact accommodation is really well designed (I’m taking notes for my next tiny home) and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beach is right across the road, the main street with cafes and shops is five minutes walk. Definitely recommended for a couple who want a quiet hideaway in Sawtell.

A great place to escape. Fantastic location and beautiful accommodation where nothing has been overlooked. The owners have really made every effort to make it a special place to unwind. Perfect for a couple, access to the beach is metres away and an easy walk to restaurants and cafes. Love it.

Perfect
The Bungalow Sawtell was perfect for our beachside getaway. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The private courtyard was great to relax or eat outside amongst the lovely garden and listen to the waves crashing across the road at the beach. The host, Craig, gave us some great recommendations for restaurants in town which we tried a few and were not disappointed. We highly recommend staying at the Bungalow for comfort and location. You will not be disappointed.

Sawtell hideaway
The bungalow was perfect for two people, beautifully appointed and everything you could want for a short stay. Close to a really nice beach and a town with many surprises, Sawtell was a real pleasure . A great jumping off point to visit the hinterland ( Bellingen , Glennifer and the Promised Land were real highlights. )

Prior to our stay all communication with Craig was excellent. On the day of our arrival the additional information provided was way more than expected and very appreciated. The Bungalow is a lovely 1 bed place, very clean with a great ambience. Dining options and the beach were within metres so additional driving was not necessary. We will definitely being booking another stay. Loved our stay.

It is unusual to book a holiday property online and actually find it to be a perfect fit. The Bungalow in beautiful Sawtell actually exceeded my expectations. It is a superbly presented one bedroom 'cottage' within a stone's throw of the beach, with a great north coast village vibe and superbly styled chic contemporary comforts plus convenience to shops, cafes, restaurants and the hotel. The hosts have done an amazing job presenting this immediately impressive property with an obvious high attention to detail. The Bungalow will not disappoint - you can book with confidence.

An amazing little space for a couple, the bungalow is truly special. Located just five minutes from the main street of Sawtell, it is just “across the road” from the beach but hidden away in a quiet street so you would never know everything is so close. The bungalow is beautifully decorated with quality furniture and fittings. The kitchen is well equipped but be aware there is no conventional stove, just an electric hotplate and a microwave/convection oven. With so many great cafes and restaurants, we only used the kitchen for easy breakfast and lunches so it was more than adequate. The bed is comfortable and the linen sheets were just beautiful to sleep on so we both enjoyed a very restful sleep. Craig, our host, was fantastic with excellent information and great recommendations. We will be back!

23 park street Sawtell - super cool
We enjoyed the location just opposite the beach and super close to restaurants and cafe. The property itself was as per the photos - very cool and laid back . Craig was a good communication and everything worked well . Could be happier . A great short stay place .

Beach tracks straight across the road and shops/cafes 4-5 min walk. The fridge had a couple of beers ready, coffee pod machine and pods, the villa was really nice and fresh inside. Thoughtfully styled and Louvre windows all round to enjoy the breeze.
