The great room has oversized window seats looking out over the meadow and beyond towards beautiful blue water views. A cozy woodstove completes the setting to relax and enjoy the company of family and friends. Kenber also has forced air central heating.
The great room has a slider leading to the southwest patio deck and hot tub. The patio also has a weber BBQ and outside table seating six comfortably.
The Kenber house includes a cedar paneled master suite with a king bed and attached large bathroom with oversized shower. A sliding door leads to the hot tub deck as well. Imagine relaxing under the stars while in Sea Ranch bliss.
The second bedroom includes a queen bed and two twin built in bunks for overflow. The second bathroom in hall has a tub/shower.
Next are the stairs leading up to the loft with a vaulted hip-beamed cedar ceiling which overlooks the great room below.
There you will find a full futon, and for your enjoyment a 47-inch flat screen television complete with Apple and YouTube TV with Netflix.
The Kenber house welcomes children and pets. It is ideal for a couple, a family, two couples or even two families – its location, its amenities and warmth make it an excellent choice for a weekend, a week or longer. The Kenber provides full internet service at no additional charge.
Bed linens and towels are NOT provided, bring your own or rent them from Beach Rentals.
An attached cottage is reserved for the owners’ use – however, the owners never occupy it when the main house is rented.
SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 3 (three), parked in driveway. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 6 for this home.
