Easy walk across the street to the beach. Beautiful new complex with all the amenities you could need. Big grocery store next door so easy to fill the kitchen. Very friendly staff and quick to answer any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay again!

We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel. Our suite was clean, spacious and the bed was super comfy. A two minute walk took us to the gorgeous seven mile beach. I liked that the hotel had outdoor showers to clean off the beach sand. Great idea. The pool area was quiet and clean with cozy loungeers and umbrellas. We were able to walk next door to pick up some groceries to use in our well equipped kitchen. The staff there were so friendly and helpful. Their response time to any inquiries was super quick. I would go back in a heartbeat.

This property is very nice. We had a three bedroom three bathroom efficiency apartment. Very clean and well equipped. Efficient WiFi and cable television. Grocery store and liquor store in shopping plaza next to the property. Nice pool with plenty of lounge chairs. The beach is less than two blocks. A short walk down the beach there are beach chairs and umbrellas for rent. There is a very nice grocery store about a mile from the hotel, you may prefer to shop there because it has a much larger grocery selection. The store right next to the property is more like a Costco or Sam’s. Even though it is a club warehouse I was able to get everything we needed there. I recommend Governor’s Village if you want a nice quiet place to stay!

Brand new and well kept property. Our room is spacious and supplies are adequate for kitchen and bathrooms. A few miscommunications upon check in but resolved with staff quickly. Local dining options around and next to a grocery. Very quiet neighborhood even for a first floor room. Staff is available for help via msg chat. Enjoy the overall stay at the property
