Air conditioning was the inly thing I liked about the stay. The hotel was understaffed and at check in was told the breakfast hours were not the same as printed on literature in room. Was not informed that the room would not be cleaned each day. My key card didn't work the second day. I was very disappointed with my stay.

Lovely spot for the price! Located right between a Walmart, gas station, and Cracker Barrel. There’s a lot of stuff that is walking distance, which is nice. The bed in our room was super comfy.

Room on website that was rented and room that was given was wrong.(Apparently they don’t have that kind of room at all)Phones did not work. Alarm clock did not work. Elevator did not work. Bathroom was not clean. Vending machines were either empty or did not work. Only ice machine was on 3rd floor. Had to redo keys every time we returned. Had to take the back off the toilet every time we had to go the restroom to refill it! The only excuse that was given was the hotel was struck by lightning.

When I got there to check in my room they told me they’re weren’t any more king beds so they put me in a room with 2 twin size beds. Also when I went to take a shower there was mold in the ceiling

I get it was busy with flooding and power outages but having or allowing all of the electric trucks parking in parking lot that were oversized was to much they had Walmart and other places to park

Not a good stay.
The room and hotel had an odor, the floor by the air conditioner was wet and the elevator was out and our room was on the 3rd floor. Even though it was just an over night stay, did not enjoy it.

We were moved to 3 different rooms due to room issues. The room we ended up in was still not great and had issues but we were tired and needed a bed to sleep. Breakfast was not good. Tasted old and did not have hardly any options.

I had to go to the front 3 times to change rooms. Each room was nasty. One room the toilet didn’t flush. One room smelled just like cologne like someone had just been in the room and the beds was nasty. I can go on and on about the nastiness of the rooms.
