The hotel is in a great location for exploring Singapore. Once the renovations are complete it will be much easier to judge the quality of the hotel and the amenities. Currently a good 4 star rather than 5 star but perfect for a couple of days in Singapore and good value in terms of price.

Stayed 3 times now in late 2024, and love the close proximity to SO many things to see & do, all within walking distance. Train is across the road. Shopping & food options aplenty, inexpensive & eveeything you need. Rooms renovated recently, very nice, clean, bed very comfortable More complinentary variety of teas & coffee sachets be great. Pool awesome Staff always very pleasant, friendly & helpful. Renovations didnt affect my stay.

It would be nice if foyer area was nicer with plants and more sociable maybe a water feature and welcoming with art . I understand you are doing alterations/construction but a few more soft furniture’s and art or plants to make it feel comfortable.

The extensive renovations of the lobby and gym are unacceptable. They only had 1 working elevator and the gym was closed. They should inform all guests of this prior to check in so they can decide if they want to deal with this. I won't stay here or even at another Wyndham as a result.

hotel is under renovation so only one elevator in service. you have to wait for an average of 7 to 8 minutes for the ride. it seems like no extra measures taken by the hotel to operate during renovation. check in and out process is comparatively lengthy, not sure it is due to the computer issues.

Staff were very helpful & friendly however the refurbishment meant public spaces were very limited. The bar at the top of the building was not open to all residents which was a waste of the space. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy.
