Only one vehicle per condo is permitted to park in the garage. If you wish to park in the garage, you must take a ticket from the parking meter upon entering and you will pay by credit card at the meter upon exiting the garage. If you lose your parking ticket, there is an automatic $300 lost ticket fee in order to exit the garage
