This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom villa is located in the middle of the small village of Cariatiz with a local shop, the town hall public swimming pool, bar and cafe within a couple of minutes walk. The town of Sorbas is a 10 minute drive and the coastal towns of Mojacar, Garrucha and Vera 20 minutes away.

The lounge is open plan affording a light bright spacious living area with terrace doors at both ends opening onto tiled terraces giving the option of sitting in the sun or the shade.
Air conditioning:
There is a new fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, half size dishwasher and microwave..
On the ground floor with double bed, fitted wardrobes and terrace doors leading out onto the private back terrace. This bedroom has an ensuite with bath and overhead shower.
On the ground floor there is a separate toilet and hand basin.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with wall to wall fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading out onto a private terrace with mountain views.
Along the corridor is a twin bedded room.
