The pool was very dirty and we had to wait in a long line EVERY time we needed to use the elevator. Worst of all, we were there an hour before check in and not only could they not get us a room early, they couldn’t get us our room until an hour after check in.

This hotel is in a great location and close to two Metro stations, near the amazing waterfront and close to the National Mall and all the sites. I highly recommend this hotel.

Property appears to be quite dated. Staff is in the process of upgrading. Ice Machine on 7th floor didn't work, was turned off. Location is pretty good and central to most local attractions. 30 minute walk to most. Good value for price paid. Buffet style complimentary breakfast has reasonable, selection and staff does very well to keep the area tidy. Consider taking selection to your room as seating is limited and very busy. Staff and service throughout the hotel are all fantastic. Thank-you for a great stay.

The pool is hot tub sized and was very cloudy. It took 25 minutes to check in and we were given zero information about the hotel. The staff didn’t seem to know how to use a computer. Parking costs over $50 a day.

Perlsonal was so unhappy to work there... un happy and bad costumer service. Everything expensive and also so expensive parking. The room doesn't have anything in the mini fridge to consume, no tube paste, no brush teeth, no dryer Everything old. But the bad costumer service was thw worse.

The location and the room were great, not inexpensive but very good. What really soured me on the stay was we were leaving early to catch a plane. I spoke with the hotel staff the night before about arranging a cab for 4 am. They said just call them and they would take care of it. We tried and no answer . When we sent down to the desk no one was there, answered the phone, and we were scrambling to get an UBER so as not to miss the flight. Don't say someone is available 24/7 if in fact they are not.
