The stay was good. The pool is small but fun for kids and the hot tub was nice and clean. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

Hotel is a pet friendly hotel and our room smelled of cat urine. Also they are remodeling the whole 3 floor. They put us on the second floor and they were heard banging and tapping. We ignored the banging and taping as we were well aware of the remodeling. Hotels.com warned us of the remodel. However, we did not need to set a wake up call as at 7:58AM they started working on the rooms above ours. My husband said that they heads up from Hotels.com stated that work was not to start until 10AM. Concerning that we just came down for a show, we would not seek out this location in the future.

The renovations are going great! We knew what to expect, so it was fine, and the new spaces are wonderful. All of the staff and the work crews were very professional and respectful. We stayed here before, and we’ll stay again!

Immaculate. Our room was fresh and spotless. The staff very friendly. No street noise. Very convenient to everything NC. Not a very walkable area. Food nearby is mostly "college student" food. Air circulation in the rooms (individual ac units - no central heat/air) could be improved. Overall, would definitely use again and highly recommend.
