Welcome to our Beach Bungalow with Southern Charm! Nestled on a quiet CUL-DE-SAC, this townhome is beautifully decorated with a cozy, coastal vibe. Enjoy a semi-private beach access, as well as 10+ restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, boat rentals, and a water park and brewery all within walking distance. Our home is perfect for couples and families. If you have children or an infant, you will especially appreciate the amenities we provide to make travel simpler for you. Our cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome will welcome you right in! We have just recently made several updates throughout the house, including a newly renovated master bathroom and kitchen, for a nice, fresh look and feel. Every room has been decorated with little details to make you feel right at home at the beach. We put a lot of time into making it special for our family, as well as our guests. We love spending time as a family relaxing in our beach bungalow!

The townhouse is three stories, including a garage, with stairs leading up to the main floor living area and guest bedroom and bath, with the master suite on the private, third level. The home is about 1,000 square feet. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas with plenty of natural light throughout. We also have a private balcony off the master bedroom and a shared, semi-fenced yard and patio.

Our home is equipped with plenty of toys and beach gear for kids! All beach gear stored in the garage is yours to use. You can park in the garage, as well as the two spaces in the driveway, for a total of three parking spaces.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner during your getaway, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, crock-pot, toaster, and more. We also have an outdoor grill.

We have a private washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryers in each bathroom. Enjoy Smart TV and WI-FI. There is one TV in the living room and one in the master bedroom.

The master bedroom upstairs has a king-sized bed, walk in closet, and private balcony. The master bathroom has just been renovated and features a shower and separate free-standing tub. The downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed with two closets. One of the closets in the guest bedroom has toddler and baby toys, a changing pad, blankets, bibs, burp cloths, and toys. There is a portable crib, high chair, and gate for the stairs in the hall closet, as well. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Our bungalow sleeps 6 comfortably.

Our home has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Sheets, bath towels, hair dryers, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and a beach cart are all provided for you. Make yourself at home!

****No pets or animals of any kind. We have a child with Bronchomalacia (similar symptoms to cystic fibrosis and asthma). If you book and later ask to bring an animal or arrive with an animal, our refund policy applies.

Family vacation
This was the first leg in a beach/orlando trip, was definitely an awesome stay! Great location right around the corner from the beach and ice cream across the street for the kiddos! Clean and stocked well for a family of 5, only slight issue is the upstairs bedroom/bathroom stays somewhat warmer then downstairs but we used 2 fans and was able to manage just fine! Thanks for an awesome stay!

We stayed the first week of April for Spring Break. The property has a great proximity to the beach. Local restaurants are easily walkable. The home has all you need if you want to cook your own meals. The master suite is perfect. 5 out of 5 would stay here again.

Nice stay but needs some improvements
We enjoyed our stay and the location can’t be beat! There were a few issues that should be addressed. We arrived to a full dishwasher of dishes to put away the cleaning team missed. There was no hand soap in master bathroom. Upstairs is a third floor but does not have its own sensor. Main floor stays cool (to the 72 degrees) you’re allowed to keep it at, but once bottom reaches 72 it shuts off because the thermostat reads that it’s 72. Downstairs is comfortable but upstairs was honestly a major issue and uncomfortable. There is a standing fan we kept on 100% of the time, along with the ceiling fan, and closed the curtains immediately upon arrival to try and combat the heat. Florida heat is brutal, we live and host here as well. The standing fan you can hardly feel even with your hand right in front of it and should be replaced. Black out curtains should be added rather than the decor style just for efficiency, and an easy solution to this problem is a smart thermostat where a sensor is located upstairs so that the air unit cools until both floors are at the set temperature. I usually run colder but it was so hot I couldn’t use the master bath upstairs to get ready for photos and had to move my things downstairs, and our son kept waking up from any nap or sleep sweating even in just a diaper. My husband is never one to complain but really was uncomfortable and urged this to be left in the review unfortunately which I hate to do but hope it helps for future improvements

Location, location, location!
We had a great stay at this property! The house is very clean. Some beach rentals will have sand on the floors but this was not the case. I enjoyed the spacious master bath too; I didn't feel cramped with our toiletries, etc. You are only a few short minutes to the beach, restaurants and the pharmacy for forgotten items. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Condo, Great Location
I stayed in this condo for 11 days and had my best friend with me for 5 of those days. The space was more than ample for the 2 of us. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, with the washer and dryer it was easy to throw a couple of loads in midway through my trip, very convenient. Location was great, beach access was just a short, 2 block walk to a very nice pedestrian only beach access, which means much less crowded than areas with public parking. About the same distance to several great restaurants, Crabby Bill’s, by far my favorite. Overall great place, would definitely stay again!

Awesome place and owners super quick response!
Had an amazing time ! Owners answered anything right away! Everything as described! I forgot to ask before but coffee maker was keurig. Able to have a small bbq with family and walk down to the beach for sunset.. restaurants all close and walking to all and the beach! Thank you!! We will come back next year for sure!!

Fabulous location
The location of this property is absolutely perfect. Walkable to the beach and many local restaurants. It has just about everything needed to have a relaxing stay, especially for a small family. There were a couple of items that need attention. The fridge freezes everything you put in it, luckily we didn’t buy a ton of groceries but the ones we did were hardly usable. The shared outdoor space wasn’t kept up or cleaned very well and the grill was also very dirty and we had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill so that we could cook, only to run out of propane. The sheets were not in good condition in the master bedroom but the upstairs is beautifully renovated. It’s so close to 5 stars but is missing in the details. Thanks for the use of your beautiful space, we would absolutely stay again. .

Great Experience!
We had a great time on this trip. My friend and I are educators, and were looking to get away for a few days on our spring break - this place was perfect! The space was clean and homey, located on a quiet residential street, with a close walk to the beach. There were plenty of things to explore within walking distance. The beach was beautiful - we were able to see dolphins, rays, and even a manatee during our short stay! Highly recommend, and would definitely stay again!

Loved the Beach Bungalow and can't wait to return!
Perfect spot, perfect size, great amenities. There was just the two of us, but there was plenty of space to return with our teenage son. Two bathrooms, large master suite, great upstairs deck, beach toys to borrow and close to all our favorite sports: Crabby Bills, LuLu's, PJ's , Lighthouse Bakery to name a few. Beach within a block. Will definitely book again and go back as soon as we can.
