Stellar unit in great condition in a wonderful downtown Steamboat location. The whole of downtown Steamboat is very walkable from the property. Hosts were very communicative and helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Nice location in town, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. At times, unit had sulfur smell which we reported. Agent provided candles. Kitchen faucet required service, needing batteries. Beds were very comfortable. Need more towels and soap dish for bathrooms. Pans need replacing and in need of better cutting board.

This is a great Condo. It has everything you need. The space is perfect for a family. Bring some ear plugs though because the snow plows come around 2:00am to clean the streets in the winter or at least they did when we were there. It would not keep us from renting this property again but would be prepared with ear plugs.

Loved the unit - construction is SOLID, so you don't hear other people etc. We felt that both the management group and the owners cared for the property and it showed in terms of a clean and well-maintained unit along with a highly responsive and personable management group. Do bring ear plugs: somehow the road traffic reverberates at night. The outdoor gas grill and deck were a plus. We liked being in town - easy to walk everyplace.

Lovely condo!
The condo was lovely. Sadly the dishwasher was broken, but it ended up being ok. It was pretty loud at night. There were lots of snow plows and garbage trucks right outside the windows, since the East facing side of the condo looks into an alley. Overall it was a great stay though.

The size and location of this place was incredible! The management company was extremely responsive and made sure everything was perfect. You are right in downtown, blocks from shops and restaurants, with a quick 10 min drive to the mountain. Will definitely be back!

One issue... starting around 4:30am trucks (plow trucks and dump trucks) go by the front windows on a regular basis. We thought it would get better once the snow was removed after a storm...but, it continued for our entire stay.

Awesome unit, location, and management!
Can't say enough good things about our stay here. The unit is in like-new condition, and designed with practicality, comfort, and good taste. It was spotless on our arrival and the manager (Peggy) was super friendly, communicative, professional, and helpful. We enjoyed being just steps from downtown Steamboat, and rode world class mountain bike trails on Emerald Mt., just across the river. Perfect layout for our family of 4 plus grandparents, 6 total. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed. Top end finishes and all the amenities. The garage was handy to store bikes and gear in. The beds are ridiculously comfortable. Great place!
