The bed was not comfortable. We went out and bought a foam topper. The pool was nice. The hotel is a little dated but it was clean.

The office area where to chexk in was dirty and highly cluttered. People/friends of staff hanging out at front desk. A homeless? persons in lobby all day utilizing a luggage cart and table. This hotel was misrepresented on your website. We will never return here

. It is nice to have the kitchen area.I felt the bathroom needed to be be remodeled .Toilet did not flush well . Room darkening shades did not close all the way Staff was pleasant and helpful . But the over all space is small and crowded .The lobby is extremely small .

First non smoking room smelled so badly of smoke we had to ask for another room. Second one had no remote for the tv the recliner was broke and there were no sheets blankets or pillows for pull out couch. When we went back down to the front desk all they could give us was a set of sheets. Not even a mattress cover. Yuck.

Lanisha The Assistant General Manager was extremely helpful and gave me a very quiet room as I requested. It was an "accessible" room and the layout was good. The beds could be softer, but I put the blanket under the sheet and used a blanket of my own for the top cover.
