I was checked in to room 415 and the door had problems opening and the A/C wasn’t turning on, I was moved to room 425 and the tv control remote wasn’t working, went to the front desk and the receptionist was giving me attitude and told me he couldn’t move me no more and that he was going to give another control but him 20 mins to do so. In the morning the elevator was out of order. Had to go down the stairs.

I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and recently returned due to the excellent location. It remains in a quiet, central spot, just minutes away from Sawgrass Mall, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. However, I was disappointed to see the property not been well-maintained over the years. The building feels run-down, with visible signs of wear and tear throughout the premises, including dated furnishings and general dilapidation. Staff were very nice. With some attention to maintenance and modern updates, this hotel could easily become a top choice again.

AC in the hallway was set at 80 degrees. Room felt like 80 degrees all night with the thermostat turned all the way down to 60 with the fan on constant. Terrible service at the front desk.

This place was horrible. I would not have my dog say at this hotel. The front desk refused to speak to me because it was too early to check in. The other guest wanted someone’s attention because the toilet was overflowing in his room and the front desk manager had absolutely no sense of urgency to address his concerns. I look at that and said” there is no way I want to be treated that way with my family staying here. Then on top of that La Quanta refused to give me my money back. DON’T EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

I previously stayed at this hotel in Nov 2023. It is now a far cry from my last visit. Seems like lots have changed. The room was not properly cleaned, missing or not working light bulbs. DFewer towels in the room, sheets appeared not to have been freshly laudered, and next morning woke up with bed bug bites. Breakfast was not the usual I am accustomed to at this hotel. A huge deteriotion from my last visit.
