This apartment is located 100 meters from the beach and offers a nice veranda and a small garden where your children can play. Admire the sunsets by the sea and relax on the beautiful golden beach with pink reflections, turquoise and shallow water, ideal for children. The entrance garden is shared with the owners when they occasionally stay on site. The accommodation is on the first floor and consists of a double and a twin bedroom, a nice kitchen-living room, a covered veranda, a large bathroom with shower. The barbecue is for communal use. The apartment can be combined with accommodation IGO039 and IGO038.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Up to one pet is allowed.

Top Lage / geschönte Bilder des Objektes
Zunächst das Positive: - Top Lage. 100m zum Supermarkt. 200m zum Meer. 50m zur Pizzeria. - sehr schattige und schöne Terrasse - genügend Parkplätze Nun zur Kritik: - Die Fotos sind von einem Profi gemacht der alle Kniffe ausgenutzt hat. Das Haus liegt ganz normal in einem Ferienhaus Wohngebiet und ist nicht freistehend / ohne Nachbarschaft. Die Küche ist extrem dunkel da ohne Fenster. Als Licht nur helles LED Licht an der Decke. Das kochen macht so nur wenig Spaß. - Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter Novasol eher schwierig (es gab Waldbrände und wir wollten Informationen).
