Dirty, moldy, smelled bad, the bathroom had roaches, carpet dirty, floors dirty- I’ve stayed at better hotels. Best beach is Tumon beach.

Came to stay for a 15 day business trip. Room needed fumigating- roaches, ants and a few fleas, but luckily no bed bugs. Thermostat was broken so only way to regulate cold/warmth was with balcony slider. A/C was moldy, so beware if you’re sensitive to mold, it did a number on me. Sadly- property has potential, and is in a fabulous location, but needs money invested back into the everyday incidentals.

It should be a crime to photoshop your pictures you have listed for the rooms. They are run down and dirty. Vents are full of dirt and dust, maybe mold too. I think there was a blood stain on the floor. You should not stay here. I’m glad we didn’t stay a long time. The only clean thing in the hotel was the bed.

Fine for an overnight,
In fairness, the property is undergoing renovations at the moment. Future bookings are likely to be better. That said, the rooms are dated, beds are not comfortable, pillows are horrible, and the towels may get you someone to fan you with them. No coffee/tea even tho there are machines for both. AC didn’t go below 75. I was only there for one night, so can’t speak to the rest of the experience. I may try again in a year or two… after renno is complete.
