"Phenomenal service ! Exceptional staff plus a beautiful roof top bar with 360 degrees off the city!!! Also as a VIP hotel we had drunk tickets that were used in their historic lovely dining lounge. In addition illy coffee in our rooms complimentary! "

"My husband and I traveled to San Francisco on business and decided to give The Clift a try after lots of debate. We were extremely please with the customer service upon arrival. They accommodated us immediately with early check in. Our room had an beautiful view of the city and a peak of the bay. It was clean upon inspection and smelled sanitary. It was quiet and comfortable. We stayed 5 days and had an amazing time. We had an issue with our bathroom on the last night and they offered us a different room on the same floor. We will be returning in the next few months and plan to book the same room as before. I would recommend this property to anyone. It was one of the few with no active protest going on. Oh and concierge was the best."
