We were told it was unsafe for us to park our own car, so we paid for valet But when we were leaving we noticed other guests parkimg their cars in the secure area. We feel we were misinformed just to get us to use their valet services

The room had an ocean view but no water pressure in the bathroom sink. The water in the shower stopped twice while showering. The bathroom also smelled of sewer.

We loved that we could walk straight on to the beach from the hotel. Every room has a view to the beach, which is beautiful. The only downsides are all the noise from the traffic on the freeway and there's no free (even basic) breakfast. The food from the restaurant isn't the greatest.

Another great stay at the Crown Plaza
Wonderful stay. Location is great for walking and view of the sea. On site restaurant has a delicious breakfast and room service is timely.

Lovely anniversary stay
Everything about our stay was smooth, from check-in to check out. The room was terrific. We would love to come back, but the cost was a bit prohibitive. We opted to self-park and that parking garage was quite dirty and a bit inconvenient, but that was the only thing I would change (apart from the cost).

The valet parking option was easy for me. As there were plenty of dining options to pick from that were walkable. The beach was a few steps outside the hotel, so I did not need to use my car while staying here. The staff was friendly and made sure that I had everything. I also received a follow up text later that evening to ensure my room was ok. Thanks Crowne Plaza!
