Stylish house in a wooded and fenced park, near Lake Bourget and the Bauges massif. Entrance via a gravelled driveway, private outdoor space with table, chairs and deckchairs under a 300 year old oak tree. Cottage with an attractive country atmosphere with a neat and warm decoration. Possibility of storing bicycles in the owners' garage or under an outdoor shelter.
