You can travel as you wish throughout the city, buses at the door, Uber easily and well positioned for the entire city.
Close to the hill, shopping park south and a few steps from Amaral Peixoto. The place is a small building as it is in the back but very well cared for and tidy, 2 complete bathrooms. Full kitchen, bed and bath linen, good internet and outdoor area for sun, simple place but with everything, recently renovated with porcelain tiles and showers, blindex windows and doors, very quiet neighborhood.
