Modern holiday apartment on the upper floor over 2 floors in a two-family house on the edge of the nature and holiday park in Klein Labenz with a wonderful view of Lake Groß Labenz from the living room and the balcony terrace. Relax in the middle of the Sternberg Lake District Nature Park and enjoy the wonderful view of the calming landscape. The Groß Labenz Lake is surrounded by a lot of forest and is an excellent destination for anglers due to its abundance of fish. Rowing boats are available upon availability and for a fee. Highlights included: WiFi (limited performance), final cleaning, parking space Activities nearby: The Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, the Warnow, the Groß Labenz Lake and the many forests and meadows are ideal starting points for hikes, bike tours and various water sports. Due to the central location in the heart of Mecklenburg, both the Baltic Sea and Schwerin or Wismar can be reached in 20 minutes. It takes less than 45 minutes to Rostock and even day trips to Lübeck, Hamburg or Berlin are no problem. Note: The laundry package can optionally be booked up to 3 days before arrival for €35 and is not included in the rental price!
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In the lower part of the property there is another apartment that is locked and is occasionally used by the landlord.
