the hotel was very nice, it was well decorated and the lobby smelled very good. the front desk was very nice. the inconvenience of parking and then paying $45 for either hotel parking or in the garage was not noticeably established to us until after we booked out trip and got the run down a few days before.

The hotel was very nice. If you want good sleep, this isn't the place for you. On a random Tuesday night, a guest was insanely loud blasting music. It completely ruined my sleep. I called the front desk, and they stopped them within 5 minutes. The walls are so thin that I unfortunately won't be coming back. It was extremely noisy, and the towels and bed linens were dirty. Brownish stained the bed smelled like someone's armpits. The staff was amazing, so I feel bad about leaving this review.

Our AC was not working properly and we had to call maintenance to fix it. The fix was speedy but there is still minimal air movement in the hotel room so we had to buy a small tabletop fan to make it less stuffy. Had a great time walking around union market and sight seeing and the hotel vibe was very cozy and earthy.

Everything was great except for the noise. Sounded like our room was below a kitchen maybe? Lots of loud banging around and sounded like people moving heavy furniture. Also the room directly next to ours was being renovated so we got to wake up to saws at 8am. The hotel was clearly not sold out and was fairly empty on a Wed night… why did they put us in this room?

No one was there when I went to check in and no one answered any of the property’s five phone lines. Had to wait ages to check in. Coffee maker in room didn’t work and leaked everywhere. Otherwise, solid property for the price. Very clean and room is in great quality.

Loved the cute decor of this boutique hotel, the 24/7 grab & go, and the fact that they have a rooftop bar. The staff was super pleasant and accommodating. Loved the story of the hotel being converted from an old seed factory and the free seeds they give you to plant. Super cute idea! My main feedback is for the rooms - I wasn't a fan of the layout and the shower was tiny, didn't have any shelves and/or nook for your own products and the black shower curtain made it feel dark and even smaller. Also, they need to upgrade the towels - unfortunately, the ones in my room were very cheap and rough. Overall, there is great potential for this to be a desirable hotel as the area is up and coming.
