Nobody was present when we arrived, and apparently, the Expedia reservation had never been forwarded. But we had a telephone number and the owner sent some staff who arrived after ca. 25 minutes. Fortunately, the bedroom had a portable electric heater but the gas heater in the kitchen/living room did not work, and it was impossible to sit there in the evening. Only place in town to serve dinner was the upscale hotel, about 2.5 km away. Not bad, but quite expensive. In retrospect, the entire town probably shuts down during Winter.

bien...sólo debí hacer mi ingreso anticipado pues el dueño no estaba en Chile y su encargado vive cerca pero no disponen de personal interno todo el tiempo
