Overall, it is a nice area. The close up view of the overpass is not the most relaxing but not too noisy. The triple room (3 twin beds) was very spacious with a large bathroom. Free in room snacks and drinks. Some walkable dining options but still limited. We took Uber most of the time when we were visiting touristy places. Staff members were pleasant. I would stay here again.

Fabulous stay. Charming, friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast selection with some changes in menu items each day. MRT 15 mins walk, so easy to get around. Electronics/tech centre about 5 mins walk.

The property was of a high standard, clean, tasteful & quite roomy which we knew. Breakfast was fantastic & staff generally were polite & efficient, especially door greeters who never missed a beat of attentiveness & assistance. What was not favourable was the fact we could not check in until 3pm, we came off a cruise early & caught a cab to hotel to be told we couldn’t get into our room for another 4hrs. We negotiated to be back at 2pm & still had to waiting until 2.50pm for our room, only to be given a room on only the :rd floor. We had booked to stay for 4 nights & enquired if we could get a higher floor only to be told if we wanted higher we would have to wait until after 3pm to see if there was availability. The day we arrived was our 25th wedding anniversary & we had an early start disembarking from our cruise in Keelung, catching a taxi to the hotel, wandered around in the rain & humidity waiting to get into our room & felt not one of the staff even wanted to assist our request, disappointingly not the experience we had envisaged! Interestingly we noted local or similar Asian guests were all allocated to floors higher than level 3!
