Good at the Billa was vet disappointing.
Dinner took abnormal length of time( stay there often) , salad was meager.
Fruit at breakfast was bad. No espresso coffee was available Not fresh

Nordic Villa overbooked. I booked a suite and I was told there are no more rooms available at 4pm. After complaining about their unprofessional nature, they found a room but it is a downgraded regular small room with no windows. I received no refund for the cost difference of the room.
