3 Star Hotel should be negative -10 Star Hotel

Hotel description is a complete sham. Saying this place was a dive does not express it well enough. Six times I had to lug my luggage to a different room. None of the rooms were clean, mold issues rampant everywhere, the spa did not exist, fitness room equipment were completely rusted and probably 30 years old, laundry was down an alley and in a dark room completely cluttered with junk, looking out the window of my room was a shanty town on 2 sides overlooking the ocean, chicken and goats running around with smells same as that of a garbage dump coming through the poor sealing windows, no towels, shampoo or soap, restaurant and bar were not functional with wires dangling from the ceiling everywhere and extremely musty, terrace was nothing more than a plastic table and 4 chairs turned blackish and garbage everywhere, 90% of rooms are not rentable because of serious mold and non working plumbing and air conditioning, I was the only tenant of this hotel. This should not be on Hotel.com period and I had to cancel this 3-star sham of a hotel and now fighting to get my money back. I can go on and on about how filty it was with the soot-type film on the floors everywhere which I am sure comes from the surrounding neighbors. Avoid this hotel period. It is not even a 1 star, this place needs to be bulldozed that's how bad it was. They have given up on this hotel and set up false reviews. If Hotels.com want photos, they can email me for photos of this emabarrasment of a dive!

There were no lights in the commode or bathroom stalls. When you shut off the main light, there is a residual voltage that makes the lights flicker for 30 minutes. When you reach for the switch, you get a shock. At first there was a dribble of cold water in the sink and shower. Then, there was none. Staff lied and said it would be fixed. I was not. We were given a bucket of water for bathing and flushing the toilet. We were told by a taxi driver that nobody is pleased with the hotel, and that people are routinely forced to check out. The owners apparently feel that if they can get 3-star rates for a 1-star facility, they can still make money, even when visitors check out after a day..

Vinduet kunne ikke låses.

Vindet kunne ikke låses innen i fra og det kunnes åpnes uten i fra..... I 1 etasje... Fy faenzzx... De prøvde også å lure oss.,. Mange ganger..

Don't believe the positive reviews or pictures.

Looks nothing like the pictures. Facility is a bit tired and needs to be better maintained. Nothing worked as it should - elevric jug, air conditioner,bedding, toiletries, etc, etc. Unlikely to stay there again. Those who provided the glowing references are not to be believed.
