Absolutely Nasty
Publié le 14 déc. 2020 sur HotelsDisgusting hotel. There were clothes and shoes everywhere, stained chairs and walls, mismatched bedding, and not even locks on the room doors. When I complained, the manager's response was, "This is Mexico. not the United States." The hotel smelled like urine, too. We did not stay there, and I am still fighting with both the hotel and Hotels.com to get my money refunded. Never again will I use Hotels.com after this.
