3/4 d’heure pour faire le check-in, Une. Chambre chauffée, 4 degrés la nuit et pas de chaiffage !!! Restaurant très moyen le soir, rien de préparé, douche froide et bonus, ont oublié le petit déjeuner ! Re. Bonus, techno et chiens hurlants toute la nuit… Un désastre. Pour nous, pire expérience du Rajhastan.

Dear Guest , We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback regarding your stay with us. We give the utmost importance to our guests comments as they help us improve and continually provide the best guest experience possible . We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. The situations you have described is definitely not what we deliver nor something that we take these matters lightly . Your issues : * Delay in check-in : Agreed with this point that it took 20 mnts to find your booking completely apologize for the same . * Heating issue : Since it's a language issue with the staff you called your driver to send someone to start the heater in the room in next 5 minutes my staff was there to assist you & started blower even he provided extra blanket for you . * Hot shower issue : We have geysers inside the tents not a boilers ! Geysers takes 10-15 minutes to bring out hot water so it's a little bit a patience thing . * Breakfast Issue : Your driver told us that you'll have breakfast around 7.45 & ordered omelette last evening but sorry to say we don't serve pre-cooked omelettes once the guest comes on the table we starts preparing fresh omelettes . Hope you understand . My manager told your driver to give them 5 minutes to prepare fresh omelette but he denied he said we're already too late . Even the Manager told your driver that he can pack some fruits for you but he denied . * Techno Blasting : In India it's a wedding season time & we have 2 resorts near by who held weddings we don't have rights to stop their music . Also the music they played max. till 11-12 last . * Dogs Barking : It's a jungle area & you're staying in tents not a brick wall setup so any kinda sound will comes inside as it's not a sound proof tents . Outside the premises area few of dogs were roaming around for some time & started barking but this not happens everyday & everytime otherwise we might had so many negative reviews regarding this . We're also glad that you liked the tents & complimentary candle light dinner with complimentary bonfire with us .Above all just our counter to your complaints hope you take it in a positive sense . We again regret for the inconvenience caused to you & apologize for the same . Hope this will not deter you from giving us another opportunity to make your experience as pleasant as possible . The place was beautiful, rather spacious, and had all the essentials. The mountain view was spectacular. However, it needs WiFi access.
