This was a very poor hotel and is not the “boutique” as suggested. I understand this is India and style and taste are different, I was not expecting a London hotel. But it was dirty. The roof pool has been filled in. They had a wedding until 1am above our room one night so we had to move rooms

Contre : Towels, linen . Bed sheets
Rooms need improvement A/ C noisy and room not redone . Take your towels . Staff nice but appear down . No smile or warmth .

Nice location and friendly staff

Staff were quite accommodating. We check in early and requested a late check out the staff requested to check out on time as we were going out but offered and provide a another room to fresh up on our return. The roof top restaurant was my favorite with a big screen and comfortable sitting arrangement and a fantastic view and food.

Good Stay

We stayed overnight in this boutique hotel; the stay was pleasant, the room wasn't memorable in particular however the staff went beyond their duties to assist us. The restaurant on the top floor was very good as well. Breakfast had a lot of good options but surprisingly no proper coffee, which was a bit disappointing.

Nice hotel, bad location.

The hotel was nice although when we arrived we were given a room with 2 single beds and we had paid for a double so we asked to change and they gave us a smoking room so it wasn't great for people who don't smoke. We had a really bad experience with a threatening tuk tuk driver who collected us from the train station and wouldn't take us to the hotel, he took us miles away and when I told him to take us to the hotel he became really angry and was slamming his hand on his dash board and shouting at me. He drove us far into pushkar down a dark road where we were met by 3 Indian men who were demanding money of us. It was very scary for me and my wife. We demanded he take us back to the train station as we were safest there and he did eventually but he wanted even more money. The hotel didn't help us in the situation and we eventually arrived there, we stayed that day and then paid for a taxi to get as far away as possible. For your safety, please avoid!

Great hotel with decent facility

The best part of this hotel that it looks exactly same as it is shown on Expedite site and they have a great staff to help you through your stay. It has a great location near to all famous places have a nice terrace with a view of the entire city which makes it an awesome experience. They have parking as they claim and food is really nice.
