Terrible Service 150 dollar Deposit Stink Bug, Uncomfortable Mattress,AtM Down, No Housekeeping till Sunday Evening. When im leaving Monday Afternoon All Employees dont know wuts going on . It was good. Except 4th floor smelled like ass and we were missing a couple light bulbs. Nothing major. We'll go back. (Jus not on the 4th floor) We love the balcony off all of the rooms!

It was just an overnight stay for a funeral. The room had no frig and i had to request an iron. Neither was a big deal, but the bed was a rock. Like sleeping on the floor.

The hotel is outdated and old… needs a whole remodel of the rooms 1980s feel and vibe. Very dirty unfortunately and was only there (1) night for a quick stop so I made due. The lobby and pool looked nice, but of course the hot tub was out. My whole stay I was not happy and would love for this to be taken serious if even refunded at that rate.

Good experience.
This place was actually great for us. Our room was huge, clean sheets, polite and helpful staff, the water temp was incredibly hot which was perfect. The only things that bothered us was the hot tub was out or service and the vending machines didn’t work when we tried them. It was still overall a great place for us.

The hotel seemed dirty,dingy, and dark. The hotel room smelled strongly of mood. The phone did not work. The beds did not appear to be made with clean linen. We had to leave the same night we checked in because of the poor conditions.

This property does not live up to the standards of Radisson. The light between the two beds didn’t work, the pillows were lumpy and flat, the towels were scratchy. In the evening. I had to run the hot water for over 15 minutes to get it just warm. I called the front desk and the manager came down and she said that’s as hot as it gets. When I expressed my concerns, she offered a refund…if I checked out at 11 o’clock at night! I told her to leave because I was disgusted at that point and she went down the hall saying she was going to call the police!! For what? I was not out of line, talking loudly or anything like that. Unbelievable and so disappointed as Radisson properties should have higher standards.

They gave me a clearly dirty room. Bathtub was filled with dirty standing water in the tub . Dirt ring inside the tub where it was never cleaned. Pubic hair in the tub . On the floor the toilet seat was visibly dirty has someones ass prints on tbe seat. I went and got the front desk clerk. He grabbed a wash rag off the tub and wiped it off and said all better. Absolutely disgusting
