Checked in 2 hours late and my room was still unavailable due to cleaning. Checkd in to a king size bed intead og 2 full beds. Front desk said it be a great view for ballons during fest but got a room facing the garage. Called for extra towels since we got a room for 3 intead of 4 like we oaid for but there was answer. Elevetors were not working and had to wait in ling line to get to my room. Unpleasant experience for the money paid. There were many options but decided on this and was a bad choice. Contacted front sldesk for recipt of stay and they said theyd send it in 10 min. Never got it or a responce from front desk.

Quick getaway

It was nice. The rooms were comfortable. There was a stinky smell when we would arrive back at the hotel but once you were inside you couldn’t smell it anymore. Several times we needed our car from valet, but they were not at their desk. Had to go find someone so that they could call them out.

Expensive for an older classic hotel. Air conditioner blows directly on bed when on.
