Never was able to check in and was still charged. Late check in after 12 am and office was closed. Had to pay for another room across the street with another hotel. Never was reimbursed.

I didnt like the 1st room had fowl smell urine mixed with lingering cigarette The 2nd room was fair

Hotel was a bit ratty. Our screen door did not even close or lock. Parking lot was full of potholes. Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. Would not stay there again.

Really bad customer service, I drove in from Houston ready to checkin my room and the lady was so rude and disrespectful. She told me I have to wait to 8 am to check in my room even tho I had already paid for the room, it’s ridiculous! Every other hotel had no problem getting me a room at the time it was. Very disappointed

I was in town for an event at the DG grand opening. I found OYO and the price was great. Staff was friendly and the room was pretty big. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

Tub trouble

My only concern was our tub was plugged up and WE had to ask for a plunger. Water literally works not go down until flowing morning otherwise everything else was good.
