The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room very large. However the carpet was very stained and the bathroom dated from another century. For us to shower, we had only a trickle of water.

Very good location, both close to the Airport and to Altrincham city centre. Good and comfortable rooms. I had not the opportunity to test the bar and the breakfast.

Spend a bit more money and stay somewhere else.

Terrible hotel. The first room I checked in to, the bed hadn’t been made and I doubt the room had been cleaned either. When I complained to the front desk, they kindly upgraded me and gave me a voucher for a free drink. I was upgraded to a Superior S room. Lovely, I thought. The room itself was very large, almost “suite” like. But, it was very dated. The tv was from 1981 and had no hdmi port so unable to use a Firestick, the wallpaper was coming away from the wall, the extractor fan made a sound like a banshee when the light was turned on (seriously I’d post a video if I could) and the open window was open because it didn’t fit into its hole, and when I tried to close it, the handle came off in my hand. So I had to sleep with the window open and listen to the traffic all night. Terrible experience. Giving one star as the bed was very comfy and the staff were nice.

Budget stay

Lots of car parking and hotel in a good position to walk into town centre. Price was decent value vs other budget level options. Hotel room small but comfortable. Hotel is tired and needs a revamp. Room walls very thin and clearly heard couple next door talking and listening to music.
