Publié le 19 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThe heat in our room would not turn off the entire stay. We had to keep the porch door and window open entire time and it was still hot. We reached out to the property manager and received no help. Only after begging someone to come look at property did they send out someone and they said the heat was coming from next room. It was 80 degrees in our room. They offered no fans or any remedy. They just left the room. Absolutely terrible experience.

I apologize for the lack of immediate assistance from our property manager and for the inconvenience this caused. I understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with an overly hot room and the delay in addressing the issue. Nice and small place next to grocery store without kitchen

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad you enjoyed the location of the property. The Elk Horn is a hotel setting and all of the rooms only offer the basic kitchen needs - a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. The new owners are planning to do a remodel in the summer of 2022. We will pass along your suggestion to have a more fully operational kitchen.
